Starting and running a Bed and Breakfast is a lifestyle choice for many for many of us. Whether you build, purchase, or convert your home in to a bed and breakfast the first step is research and education. Take one of our courses before you make any decsions and I promise you will save money and not have to undo, or repeat some of the early mis-steps many aspiring innkeepers often make.
The courses listed below have been taught since 1997 by established InnKeeper and College Instructor Dieter Gerhard of Birds of a Feather Victoria Bed and Breakfast.
All courses are taught one-on-one customized to your schedule and specifically applicable to your geographical location anywhere in the world taking in to account local bylaws and regulations

The courses are normally taught either here at Birds of a Feather B&B and/or at our school at the Victoria School of Business and Technology.
I have travelled overseas and across North America to teach them to individuals and B&B associations. If you pay my travel expenses I'll come to you.
