Our unique Inn-keeper Bed and Breakfast Mentorship program is offered in addition to our B&B courses as an extension of these courses, or as a stand alone service.


Suitable candidates for mentorship would include:

• starting a new bed and breakfast
• relocating your bed and breakfast
• expanding your B&B, or developing a new marketing strategy
• coping with new regulations or by-laws
• Inn-sitting a Bed and Breakfast
  
  
  

 Cost:
$500.00 plus GST if purchased with any course
$750.00 if purchased separately


We also offer consulting services for:

•  every aspect of buying an existing bed and breakfast
• government agency inspections and ratings
• building a new home to operate a B&B
• opening an ancillary business to your B&B
• operating as a sole proprietorship or a Limited company
• tax planning and strategies
• property Value Assessments
• vacation rental suites
• selling your B&B business and/or web site separately if you have sold your B&B as a home instead of as a business

Please inquire about our rates specific to your situation. Some areas are flat rated at $500.00 while others are $100.00 per hour.
