Thank you so much, our stay was absolutely fantastic! Even as my husband was getting sick with such a nasty cold it was very nice of you to send up breakfast to him. We are going to miss Mac and will definitely come back!
Appreciated the peaceful setting at Birds of a Feather
As a student, I really appreciated the peaceful setting at Birds of a Feather. The view is lovely and I felt very relaxed and comfortable during my stay. The beautiful walk through the forest to Royal Roads is also a wonderful way to clear your head before a busy day!

I am sitting here enjoying the peace and tranquility of this beautiful B&B. The weather has been perfect and the scenery spectacular. Thank you for your excellent suggestions of places to see and activities to enjoy. We need to come back for the R&R, but there is aslo so mouch more to see and do. Our morning discussions were fascinating and it was wonderful to see my Randy relax.
Highly recommend it to others
I stayed at Birds of a Feather for three weeks in October 2011 while on a residency period at RRU. It's both beautiful and comfortable, and I would highly recommend it to others. I very much appreciated that the owners, Dieter and Ashley, really went the extra mile in hosting us.

Absolutely Perfect!
Such a gorgeous place! This is destination #2 of our whirlwind honeymoon tour of British Columbia, and it's been so much more that we could ever have asked for! It's been wonderful to just sit on the balcony, watch the geese and the water and relax. This has been a much-needed break from life, and will definitely be returning in the future! - Absolutely perfect! This is a very special place you have here, and we are looking forward to returning!

Three nights was just not enough in the Honeymoon Suite- Married 40 years on the 3rd! So glad we could extend our stay in another of your beautiful rooms! Leaving 115 degrees we soaked in your cool weather. No rain! We would have welcomed a little.
The breakfasts were scrumptious. The zodiac island tour was exciting- Thanks for the sea salt spray and the wave jumping.
Ashley is truely eclectic and we loved her "favourites" wine-chocolate-cheese tour. The waterfall was amazing along with the cider. The scenery-simply breathtaking- oooohs and ahhhhs!

What a beautiful place! This stay far exceeded our expectations. The only complaint we have is that we were only able to stay for one night. Our daughter loved this place and even told us that she wished we lived here. We will be coming back for sure and passing on this amazing find to friends and family.

Our very sincere thanks for your wonderful hospitality during our stay here at Birds of a Feather. This has been a highlight of our visit to your neck of the woods!! We have had a fabulous 4 days- terrific weather, amazing views, comfortable bed, days spent touring the island and sampling all the good things on offer. We know where we'll be staying if we ever win the lotto (and come back)
