1-Hour and 90 minute Massages
An hour long indulgence focusing on your whole body’s needs. These massages are perfect for alleviating fatigue, backaches, stiffness, tension, low energy, kinks and knots or simply for those who wish ultimate relaxation.

Chi Kung Full-Body Massage
This style utilizes various techniques to gently release muscle tension in layers, without causing discomfort.  It incorporates effective massage techniques with "Chi" or body energy to balance and promote healing throughout the entire body. A very soothing total body and mind experience.

Stone massage is a unique technique that uses smooth, heated basalt stones which are placed on specific chakra points on the body to melt away knots, tension and stress.  The penetrating heat causes deep relaxation.

Following the body’s energy meridians, acupressure soothes, relaxes and balances the body from the inside out.  Both deeply restful and invigorating for the body.  The two hour session includes full body massage.

Stephanie Johnson

Stephanie initially began studying Medical Chi Kung in 2005, as a strategy to enhance her personal health and well-being. It grew into an opportunity to assist friends and loved ones reduce pain, stress and discomfort in their lives and has now led to a general practice.

She enjoys the versatility and comprehensiveness of this system, and how it gently and painlessly urges the body towards balance.

In addition to her practice in Medical Chi Kung , Stephanie’s interests include Spanish, rock climbing, salsa dancing, reading and her personal spiritual practice

Massage Practioner Nigel Cook

Nigel Cook

Nigel has a long-time interest in health, fitness and alternative medicine, and began practicing Medical Chi Kung in 2005. As a Medical Chi-Kung practitioner, he values this system of healing and its massage techniques because they effectively reduce pain, stress and tension resulting in a relaxing, enjoyable session for the client.

In his free time, Nigel enjoys running, hiking, camping and playing guitar. He has also lived in both Spain and Mexico, studying Spanish and practicing Medical Chi-Kung
