The 4th Annual Victoria Whisky Festival will be held on Friday the 23rd, Saturday the 24th and Sunday the 25th of January 2009 at the 5 star Hotel Grand Pacific (Named the #1 Hotel in Canada by Conde’ Nast Magazine) located on Victoria’s beautiful Inner Harbour.

Celtic and Scottish entertainment will be held in the large circus tent including: the "Address to the Haggis" twice a day; Cape Breton, Irish, and Scottish country dancing; choirs; and fiddling. Historical displays and demonstrations, Clan tents, Scottish and Celtic vendors and concessions, beer garden, and single malt whisky school and Lions Pancake Breakfast round out the two-day event on both days. On both days, there will be a free kids entertainment area (including kilted 100-yard dashes, mini-heavy events and bouncy castles).
