The Blackfish Café is the only floating restaurant in Victoria. We opened our doors in 1994, over the years we have transformed ourselves into one of Victoria’s more casual dining locations, remaining in the hands of James Bay Inn Ltd. It is located in the hub of Victoria’s Inner Harbour. There are 35 seats inside and another 40 outside on the heated, covered patio.
