2 packages (8 ounces each) cold cream cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 cup blueberries
12 large eggs
1/3 cup maple syrup or honey
2 cups milk
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 cup water
1 cup blueberries
2 tablespoons butter
