1/2 cup of raisins
1/2 cup walnuts
1/4 cup light brown sugar
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 cup plus 2 tablespoons red currant jelly
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice or brandy
1/2 cup plus 1 tbsp. hot water
