Vigneti Zanatta is located in the Cowichan Valley in a small region called Glenora. Our family-run winery produces a variety of still wines and specializes in champagne-style wines. All of our wines are produced 100% from grapes grown on our vineyards. Enjoy a glass of wine and a fabulous meal either outside on our wrap-around verandah or inside our charming 1903 farmhouse. Throughout the season, special events are held that explore the fascinating art of food and wine pairing.

Begin your adventure with a tour of our impressive barrel room and observation gallery overlooking the production facility where grapes are sorted, crushed and fermented. Each tour finishes with an educational tasting of our award winning wines. Afterwards, browse through our gift shop and enjoy a personalized picnic basket in one of our outdoor picnic areas or on our heated wraparound veranda with breathtaking views of our vineyard and the Saanich Peninsula.

We are committed to producing wines of superior style, complexity and quality. Under the careful guidance of our winemaker, the winery has a variety of wines to suit any palate. Salt Spring Vineyards wines are completely handcrafted by Salt Spring residents, from pruning of the vines, selecting the choicest grapes, winemaking, to applying the labels on the bottles. We are convinced that small-scale production, with human nurturing of the wine at each step of the winemaking process, produces a most inspired result. We hope you agree. Our estate wines tend to be dry and crisp, and we are honoured to pair them with Salt Spring and Moonstruck Cheeses, both produced on Salt Spring Island.

Take the self-guided tour through the cidery, and learn some fun facts about cidermaking. Stroll through the orchard, and see if you can spot the apple blossom fairies that are rumoured to live there. And when the fresh air has piqued your appetite, finish your tour at the Cider House, with a free cider tasting and a delicious meal. Our Platter Lunch is a feast of homespun food, using local ingredients. Barbecues and evening fare vary with the season. Your visit to Merridale would not be complete without a stop at our gift shop.

The Marley Farm Winery is fun, warm and inviting. A perfect setting to connect with yourself, enjoy a picnic and slip into "Jamaican" time. The ponds, creeks, wildlife and farm animals on the rambling 47-acre estate are both unique and unforgettable. A compliment to your wine tasting experience. The passion for outstanding and unique grape and fruit wines has led the Marley team to develop exotic fruit vinegars and bubblies. Open 7 days a week 10 am – 6 pm for tours and tastings.

We produce fine wine in small batches, many barrel-aged in French oak. We believe in natural methods in the whole farm, no herbicides or pesticides in the vineyard and minimal intervention in the winery. Echo Valley Vineyards is nestled in the evergreen forests of the Cowichan Valley. With wine making we follow the traditions of the countries of origin for each particular grape variety. Come and taste award winning wines, our Chardonnay, a Beaujolais Blanc style white wine, fruity and without a taste of oak; or the noble Gamay Noir, a true Beaujolais Rouge style quality wine. Also our Alsace and German style wines, and don’t forget to sip on our party runner, the low-priced red Nouveau Gamay, an exquisite BeaujoIais Nouveau style wine, crisp and fruity as no other red wine.

From Victoria, head north on Highway #1 past Mill Bay, turn right on Fisher Road and follow the signs. We grow 24 acres of carefully tended vinifera grapes, from which we produce award winning estate bottled varietal wines as well as popular blends. Our main varieties are Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Gewurztraminer and Ortega. We welcome visitors every day to our tasting room, art gallery, patio and picnic grounds; and invite you to enjoy our informative self-guided walking tour of the vineyard and winery. The wine shop and tasting room is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
