We are often booked months in advance and suggest booking early to secure the dates you want avoiding disappointment.
Single nights
remaining available in between 2 other reservations are often discounted. Please inquire.
Multiple nights
remaining available 1 week prior to check-in date are sometimes discounted. Please inquire.

- If you don't see a "Last Minute Deal" being offered here for a single or multiple night booking as described above for the room / date you were hoping for please let us know and we will consider your request.
- Not valid in conjunction with any other promotions
- Not valid for adding days to existing reservations
- Discounts do not apply to 3rd or 4th person extra charges
- Prepaid in full and no refunds under any circumstances

10% Student Discount on our weekly & monthly Vacation Rental Rates
- RRU student residence rates. If you are attending Royal Roads University (our neighbour) or our school, the Victoria School of Business & Technology then you are entitled to a 10% discount on suite 2 from our posted vacation rental rates.
