Typically seniors and empty-nesters enjoy traveling in September and October when the kids have returned to school. This is the first time in 14 years that we have seen a decline in visitors to Victoria at this time of year. To make visiting Victoria more affordable right now we are offerring a 20% discount off our posted B&B rates on all available rooms from now through the end of October. (November marks the beginning of our off-season rates)

• Not valid for existing reservations and/or adding days to existing reservations

Last Minute Promotional Offers

We are often booked months in advance and suggest booking early to secure the dates you want.

Single nights left available in between 2 other reservations are usually placed on sale up to 1 month in advance. Multiple nights are typically placed on sale 1 week prior to the date. Please read the "fine print" below.

• Check our Room Availability Calendar page (immediately right of the first month displayed) regularly to see what rooms are being discounted for how much and for what dates

• Occassionally we will allow a 3rd person (teen or younger) on an air mattress in room #2 in which case this discount does not apply to the 3rd person charge of $35.00

10% Student Discount on our weekly & monthly Vacation Rental Rates

• RRU student residence rates. If you are attending Royal Roads University (our neighbour) or our school, the Victoria School of Business & Technology then you are entitled to a 10% discount on suite 2 from our posted vacation rental rates.
