Birds of a Feather is a hybrid B&B and Vacation Rental. Short-term reservations (less than 1 week) are ideally made in the B&B category. The Vacation Rental category is reserved for weekly and/or monthly bookings, however, we do not accept any vacation rental bookings during June, July, August and September. Your B&B reservation can be as long as you wish.
April through October (high and shoulder season)
Bed and Breakfast Rates
- Room 1 - $185.00
- Room 2 - $140.00
- Room 3 - $165.00
Vacation Rental Rates (April, May and October only)
- Room 1 - $1,100 per week | $3,300.00 per month
- Room 2 - $830.00 per week | $2,500.00 per month
- Room 3 - $980.00 per week | $2,900.00 per month
November through March (off-season)
Bed and Breakfast Rates (excluding Christmas holiday period)
- 20% discount off high / shoulder season rates on any B&B bookings of 2 days or more, OR
- book 3 nights anytime between November 1 - March 31 - and receive the 3rd night absolutely free if paid in full at time of booking
Vacation Rental Rates (including Christmas holiday period)
- Room 1 - $625.00 per week | $1,800.00 per month
- Room 2 - $500.00 per week | $1,500.00 per month
- Room 3 - $550.00 per week | $1,650.00 per month
