Chef Peter Zambri creates authentic, full-flavoured Italian food. No tricks, fresh local ingredients & undeniable flavours. Peter’s culinary journey started at the Windsor Arms Hotel in Toronto followed by time in Vancouver and Whistler and a three year period at the venerable Sooke Harbour House. He then spent three years in Italy eating & learning & working until he returned to Canada and the idea of opening Zambri’s became a reality for him.
