From land to sea Café Brio's menu focuses on regional products. Flavour pairing comes naturally when using products that come from the same region. Sauces are often kept simple or light as not to mask the natural flavours found in our local quality ingredients.
As a member of the ICC I am committed to supporting local farms and products. We have had strong ties with the organic farming community from day one. I am lucky to be able to sit down with Tina Fraser and help plan crops for the following year so that we receive the best possible products in their peak season. Other farms are following suit so that we have strong local farm resources almost year round. Beyond organics my commitment is to BC farms first for produce.

Il Terrazzo
Fine Italian dining in an old town courtyard setting. Dine by candlelight beside one of our six brick fireplaces. Voted best Italian restaurant in Victoria every year since 1995. Fine north Italian cuisine served in a beautiful courtyard setting, Il Terrazzo offers wood-oven roasted meats and pizza, home-made pasta and fresh seafood. Open Monday to Saturday for lunch 11:30am-3pm and Monday to Sunday for dinner from 5pm. Reservations highly recommended.
Old Spaghetti Factory
The Old Spaghetti Factory serves up made-from-scratch pastas and a large selection of steak, chicken, veal and seafood in a fun, family-friendly atmosphere. It's a bit higher energy and loud, however, the food is good and the prices are very reasonable.
Pagliaccis Italian
Annette's favourite Italian restaurant, Pagliacci's has been serving up fresh and funky Italian fare since 1979. It is a character joint without parallel, happy and robust with food to match, huge portions and live music add to the bohemian flavours. Everything is made on site. Pagliacci's uses only butter and more olive oil than any other restaurant in British Columbia. Go from Sunday to Wednesday and enjoy live music with your meal. From the foccacia bread to the cheese cakes, from the pasta to the steak and fresh seafood, the menu is Italian. No reservations accepted.
Zambris
Chef Peter Zambri creates authentic, full-flavoured Italian food. No tricks, fresh local ingredients & undeniable flavours. Peter’s culinary journey started at the Windsor Arms Hotel in Toronto followed by time in Vancouver and Whistler and a three year period at the venerable Sooke Harbour House. He then spent three years in Italy eating & learning & working until he returned to Canada and the idea of opening Zambri’s became a reality for him.
