A bit of Heaven on Earth
Our two night stay here at the "Birds of a Feather" has been a bit of Heaven on Earth. After four days in downtown Victoria this has been especially wondefull. We paddled accross the Lagoon, visited the gorgeous Hatley Castle Gardens, then paddled back. We are very tired, but the exertion was worth every minute of it. we have enjoyed Vancouver Island, especially French Beach Provincial Park, and Botany Bay at Port Renfrew. (We saw a whale!!) Thanks so much for the serene and tranquil accommodations.
