Bed and Breakfast Reservation Policies

• 1 night’s deposit will be charged to your credit card at time of booking.
• By booking a room with your credit card you agree that you are in fact purchasing your accommodations at Birds of a Feather in advance in accordance with the policies listed herein as opposed to guaranteeing your booking with your credit card.
• The balance of your stay will be charged to your credit card 10 days before your check-in date.
• CHECK IN: anytime after 3:30 pm - no matter how late. If you wish to come earlier please ask.
• CHECK OUT: is by 11:00 am. If you wish to check out later please ask.

B&B CANCELLATION POLICY

• We issue transferable gift certificates for the full value of your payment in lieu of a refund for all cancellations made at least 10 days prior to check-in. Please consider travel insurance.
• For stays of 7 days or longer there is no cancelation policy and all stays must be pre-paid. While we welcome our guests to stay as long as they wish we simply cannot afford to block long periods without a 100% commitment to them.

Vacation Rental Reservation Policies

All Vacation Rental reservations:

• 1 week minimum
• Prepaid 100% unless otherwise arranged (exceptions made for repeat guests)
• Upon request we will give you a 25% discount coupon to our local White Spot restaurant which you can use repeatedly during your stay for all of your meals.

VACATION RENTAL CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations made in this category opt out of any cancellation policy protection. No refunds under any circumstances. Explanation: Once a booking is made in this category the room is shown as not available on this web site. In the event of a cancellation, compared to an average 3 to 5 day B&B reservation our exposure on a 7+ day reservation is much greater.
